Happy New Year to you all!  2008 is behind us and we look forward to a 2009 full of activity and exciting things to come at Shell Hall.  We anticipate the development of Phase II getting underway this Spring and the Club is looking forward to hosting parties, member gatherings, tennis events, camps and much more.  We hope that you all will join the fun this year!

New Residents!
We would like to welcome the three new families who moved into Shell Hall last month. Genia Silver and her lovely daughters, Nick and Erin Panzica and Brad and Christina Schoenberger.  If you see these new faces around, be sure to introduce yourselves.

Re-Cap
The Shell Hall Chili Cook Off last November was great.  It was a perfect chilly night with entertainment from Jim Davidson and a roaring fire blazing in the outdoor fireplace.  Congratulations to the Chili Cook Off Winner, Jenny Nelson!  A big Thank You! to Trey Niver for helping to organize the event.

Legacy hosted it's annual Christmas Party at the Club in early December.  We were thrilled that so many of you could join in the fun.  Steve Anthony Sr., Steve Jr. and Jamie Guscio did a great job manning the oysters.  Bluffton Oyster Company's Lowcountry Boil was as delicious as ever, and Babbie Guscio's fabulous Brunswick Stew was quite a hit.  Jim Davidson played for us once again and was terrific.  The annual Legacy party wouldn't have been complete without the Dessert Contest.  In 6 years, this was by far the best year of desserts ever!  1st Place went to Branden Burr with her White Chocolate Ganache Cake, 2nd Place went to Tammy Brandl with a delicious Amaretto Bread Pudding and 3rd Place went to BJ Engard with her "This Ain't Your Momma's Banana Pudding".  Thank you everyone who made delicious treats for all to enjoy!

From the Sales Desk/Jeremy Burr
What a great end to 2008!  Since October, 7 clients have put Shell Hall properties under contract, 3 new families have moved in and the start of 2009 is proving to be just as active for the growth of Shell Hall.  The Club witnessed loads of participation from residents and guests last year and there are even more exciting things planned for this year.  Our success as a community in 2008 is a testament to your support and involvement, and I'm sure the same will be true throughout 2009.   As always, I am at your service, so please let me know if there is anything I can do for you as we continue building a neighborhood experience together.  Sales Office 843-757-8884 Email Jeremy.
